Payment
Payment is made in stages according to the contract milestones — usually a down payment, development progress, and final payment at handover.
No. Scope, cost and timeline are detailed in the contract; any changes outside the scope are always discussed and approved first.

Support
The warranty period is agreed in the contract, typically 30–90 days depending on project scale.
